Dude, stop telling cops they should arrest you. Weakens your legal position. When they say you'll be arrested for something you know is unconsititutional to charge you for, say something like I don't want to be arrested, but I'm not doinf anything wrong.

The perceived power they have over the citizens is an illusion that the public has allowed them to have by not standing up against poor attitudes and poor service.
