Late to the party, but we had 4-a-days at Central(PC). First was t-shirt and shorts run-throughs early. Stop for breakfast. Second was full-on flag 11v11. Then we had lunch and got to go home or chill for 90 minutes. Then we had weights, break-out for groups, then pads in the early afternoon. Slight break, then late-afternoon full tackle.
