Government/federal property mighg be considered private property because of the 10th amendment saying that they are able to make their own rules and govern themselves. Everyone thinks government and federal property is public. Some of it is public but other times it is private which is why they need to change the name to private government or private federal property because they are allowed to choose which rules / ordinances/regulations that they want under the tenth amendment. And if you don't break the law or amendments then you forgot to think about the 10th amendment which can oversee the first. You're a lawyer or so-called why haven't you learned this? You've been arrested for it multiple times and have been found guilty multiple times yet still spread misinformation that gets other people locked up. Hey, as long as it's lining your pockets right? As much as they hate cop watchers, all they have to is do their job and the problem goes away.
The thing is, sadly, that people like him rarely apply for positions where lying and causing pain is the feature not the bug.

The desired officers instill fear and commit crimes to subdue descent and they can commit the most heinous crimes and be protected by internal affairs with "We investigated ourselves and found no policy issues" while the general public doesn't really care about policies but would like to see those gang members be locked up for their actual crimes.

One has a license to commit crimes and it will only be revoked when it looks really bad on camera and once revoked they are just citizens.
The other will get 20 years for using chalk on the sidewalk or having their plants grow too tall and has no ticket to avoid sentencing by just giving up their job.
