Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a new naval doctrine which casts the United States as Moscow’s main rival.

Speaking on Russia’s Navy Day, Mr Putin said his fleet would have unique hypersonic missiles in its arsenal.

“It will suffice to mention the latest tsirkon missile systems which have no equal in the world for which there are no barriers,” Mr Putin said.

“Their delivery to the Russian Army Forces will begin in the coming months.”

  30. Putin continues to think the US is at war. The US (NATO) is not at war. We are not attacking Russia, we are not in Ukraine fighting Russia. The US is honoring the nuclear surrender agreement, with Ukraine.

  31. Putin needs tobe reminded that the agreement russian signed with ukraine with american and britain for russian not to wage awar with ukraine still stands! But putin broke it and invaded ukraine .usa plus britain were to act as guarantor of the accord and their part also was to assist ukraine incase russia broke the agreement and thats exactly what is happening now meaning usa and britain are doing exactly what the accord was agreed upon.
