PM set to unveil new look cabinet

The Prime Minister is under pressure to use his first ministerial reshuffle to sharpen the Labor Party’s major policies.

Anthony Albanese will unveil cabinet on Sunday after Skills and Training Minister Brendan O’Connor and Indigenous Australians Minister Linda Burney announced their resignations.

Sources close to Labor believe assistant ministers such as Jenny McAllister and Tim Ayres could be in line for a promotion.

The Opposition says the reshuffle could lead to an opportunity to swap out some ministers – such as Andrew Giles and Clare O’Neil – from their portfolios.

  1. Woopee … will the new look cabinet be just as ineffective as the outgoing ??? At least Burney is out … a quick grab of the pension … gives the forks to her indigenous friends and runs away leaving failure after failure. The Albanese government is a sham, a disaster, a failure … just like Albanese himself.

  4. A new look cabinet is still just a Lab/Lib Uniparty abortion government that is purposely running Australia into despair and devastation.
Sooo we all just watch and wait for the next cultural pull apart actions of these absolute fools.
There is no way these 'mistakes for politicians' got genuinly voted into positions of power, they were obviously PUT in power.

  5. Shuffle them all out the door and don't let the door slam them on the arse when it closes on them.

Peter Dutton please don't fuck this election up, we can't afford another 4 years of this debacle.
