I'd maybe move building tags to C, given that there are a lot of really bad building tags with all expansions – asteroid deflection system, corporate stronghold/underground city/lava tube, food/soil factory, magnetic field dome/gens, equatorial magnetizer, martian rails, dets, meltworks, bumpers (horrendous with colonies), all the power hungry production like fuel fac/building industries/rad chem/carbonate (also very questionable with colonies) etc etc.
and very few id consider scary to pass given how many there are in the game – basically just AI, RO, mars u/olympus, sub-crust, dev center, mohole, wildlife dome are all i can think of, and that list is shorter than (and mostly composed of) the one for science tags despite there being way more building tags in the game
i thought of it like – if i wasnt sitting on a ton of steel, would i rather draw a card or a building tag (factorum)? i feel like id much rather the card most of the time
