Ukraine must explore deploying ‘distributed electric network’ with solar on every ( government) building, wind farms, etc. Much harder to destroy than fuel based power plants. Solar can be installed much faster and cheaper too.

Who’s this for ? People who are totally out of touch with reality? Have you seen the protests in Ukraine? Over “electricity’ . In Ukraine demonstrating against the war is illegal. But a women did burn herself to death over her husband been kidnapped into the Ukrainian army to go die for the USA and Co. Russians are protesting about their economic rights. They pay for electricity, water, transport, sewage removal, etc and the infrastructure is breaking down so they don't get what they have paid for. Infrastructure is crumbling because they are short of people to maintain it because workers have left of died at the front in huge numbers.
Russia isn't running low on munitions. They actually have a larger war time munitions than all of NATO combined. A simple search will show you. They need to make peace now. They cannot beat Russia! It's a fact!

What do you think about Boris Johnson's idea that Ukraine becomes the senior state at the centre of the EU. The most powerful army and now an air force, capable of feeding and supplying energy to Europe as well as defending it. Apart from Russia, would Germany let that happen?
