Space race, as an american gen z I wanna ask if you are excited for the DRACO project to send the first nuclear thermal rocket to be tested in space? Its a way to keep up with china but if the U.S. wants to keep up the best way is to nstionalize industries and such like china but of course with the neo libe'rial capitalist country my country is its gonna be very hard and take actual political will to change it but as a socialist its unlikely to see those changes. The reason NASA is spending so much money on trying to build rovers and crafts is because they don't have enough dyslexic engineers, which would allow them to be able to Solve the problems before they even arise. That Is why Einstein was so good at figuring out the Solutions to problems and equations before they were even finished. Same with Nikola Tesla, Steven Hawking and Elon Musk. Literally the space industry needs to get with it. I have dyslexia and 1 day I.Decided to start writing books and within 1 year.I published seven books on amazon. Dyslexics are extraordinary individuals.

Here’s how to cut costs: Instead of dumping the ISS in the ocean, use the modules to construct a moon station, saving costs on both ends.
Somebody has to pay for the cost overruns of the SLS. The Artemis/SLS can not even get into a proper lunar orbit and return. It can only achieve HRHO, a sort of combined lunar/ earth, orbit. I expect the SLS will eat many more science missions in the future.

I recently started working for Axiom space, and we just got a contract for a lunar rover…
The price of this mission ballooned from 250 million to over 600 million. Over half a billion dollars for an unmanned probe to the moon where people have already walked on. That is quite frankly ridiculous. If any project deserved to be cancelled, it's this. Talk about mismanaged.

Innovative private companies who recruit, hire and promote talent based on merit will bury these legacy companies who've gotten fat suckling the government funded teat. It almost seems like a scam. Nasa contracts need to have increased measurable performance metrics and shut unwavering consequence for not meeting budget and schedule. It's become so common everyone shrugs it off. Private industry doesn't operate like this.

NASA need to get they budget on the $ for$ base..in order to get 1 $ they have to make 1 $ so the more money they make the more money they get….1..NASA has to learn to simplifying things 2 eliminate bureaucracy 3 have to change they attitude ' we know best we know all'.. just a few suggestions..
