Idk why people think that Viv is a poor pick before she’s even got the job. Nino will have all the powers to remove her if she is doing a bad job, but I think she’s a sensible pick.
I think Nino would’ve been happy to settle with Beric for the time being if it weren’t for the fact that he leaked his convos with Nino to Ruby.
For how her past incidents played out, Viv to me always felt like a needed harsh person to be there to say what's needed from others.
So let's hope her getting thrown in C.o.P. doesn't destroy her or have her buckle under the pressure.

Viv is awful, she’s been given full control of her shift by HC but still cry’s that she can’t do anything when every time HC tell her she can run her shift as she sees and it’s been ran into the ground and morale has been rock bottom ever since she took over

Viv as chief is crazy. Besides Den she is the most polarizing member of the PD. You can’t say it won’t create RP LOL.

I think I might of missed a vod or video, what exactly did beric do to stir? I remember Nino telling him to talk to bones/bcso about the proposal. I'm not sure exactly what he thought would happen when beric talked to them considering the PD has always been kinda gossipy Lol
