I'm pretty sure that I can show a Toltec presence at Saqsaywaman
This history seems to rhyme with the Pre-Roman Etruscans that the Romans learned from and adpated much of they have from these people. The Romans however are responsible for the demise of the Estrucans. The same consclusion that was drawn here and is plausible. Two great civilizations!
The feathered serpent refers to Angel Wings of Lucifer who Quetzalcoatl became the Morning Star or Lucifer when he went to the East âĄī¸ or Japan and China and became the Land of the rising sun as well as The Dragon đ or Serpent đ with đĒļ s. When Lucifer fell from heaven one of his feathers fell off and remained. This was all that was left of his angelic form. Liberty đŊ is the Daughter of Lucifer born from his feathers.
