More repeated lies about melting ice. Measure a glass of water with ice in it and measure again after ICE melts, it will be the same Hight. Frozen water expands in mass, all the ice under the water will be less in volume after the ice has melted meaning the ice above the surface would be used to make up the deficit. If all the ICE in Antarctica melted there would be very little noticeable difference is sea rise.

So much emphasis is put on those so called 511 Billion Barrels of oil that may lie off Antarctica and that y 2048 it could be contested by countries to use and become vastly rich from …you even mention that because of Climate Change…the oil reserves that might be there are getting easier to exploit due to the lessening of sea ice forming as thickly or even at all…YET YOU FAIL TO MENTION that by 2048 (unless more action is taken now) Climate Change will have caused far more and worse damage and costs to the world than any monies that could be earned from exploiting such a vast oilfield and the fact being that Climate Change has become such a threat from the oil and use fossil fuel use we have already burned…AND YET…all you can talk about is some country could become vasty rich using oil that the planet cannot afford to burn NOW …let alone after 2048 when C02 levels and Climate Change will be far worse than the effects we are only now beginning to see and experience.
Hopefully clearer minds and more sensible people will realise that exploiting such a huge repository of Fossil Fuel will cause untold damage to earth's climate and Biosphere and can never be used if we value life and nature above that of Dollars and Profit which seems your greatest area of concern!
