About Jill Valentine:
In the early 1990s, Jill Valentine served in the U.S. Army, where her bomb disposal and lock-picking skills caught the attention of Delta Force recruiters. Although Delta Force rarely enlists women, she completed their six-month Operator Training Course, becoming one of the few women globally with such training. Known for her precision, agility, resilience, courage, and judgment, she excelled in defusing intricate explosives. During her service, she befriended fellow soldier Forest Speyer. Valentine left the military to seek thrilling experiences and pursue justice, driven by a desire to protect innocents.

In 1996, Valentine was recruited by Albert Wesker to join the Special Tactics and Rescue Service (STARS) within the Raccoon Police Department (RPD). This elite unit, made up of military veterans and weapons-trained scientists, handled serious crimes in Raccoon City. While keeping her special forces background and personal life private, Valentine forged friendships with STARS members, particularly Chris Redfield, with whom she frequently trained to improve her marksmanship. By July 1998, she was the only woman on Captain Wesker’s Alpha Team, serving as the break-and-entry specialist and working closely with helicopter pilot Brad Vickers.
