At how many inches of flood water dows ev get dangerous?
When Lithium starts to burn it burns extremely fast and violent.
It seems Lithium reacts to water.
In an accident in flooded area or when it rains. What time does a person have to escape before the batteries react?
In cold countries like Canada when you are 200km away from everywhere and it's minus 30 degrees Celsius and no more energy.
Assuming your lucky and a charge vehicle can get to you with in 2 hours.
How long that charge vehicle will take to charge your ev.
And can you turn on the heat while vehicle charging?
Of you have to wait till its fully charged.
Can a charging vehicle charge you completely or its impossible to be charged completely?
A gas vehicle that gets gas can get topped of in about 5 to 7 minutes and even if its not toped off. It can start generating heat to warm up fairly soon while ev takes longer to have enough energy to warm up the car.
A gass car in winter or not winter will be abble to do same or close ro same amount of kilometers.
Does ev have same range in winter?
A gas car, can use up all its gas it has.
And ev seems its not good to use up 100% of energy in the batteries.
If your ev batteries capacity went drom 100% efficiency to 80% efficiency during your ownership.
How much less will you be force to drop the price to sell it?
To change all the ev batreries.

100$? 1000? 10,000$? More?

Or you wont be allowed to use an ev if batteries are old because of safety issues.
Old ev is worth 5000$ but you need to spend over 10,000$ to change all batteries.
How much does it cost to change just 10 batteries if only 10 are bad?

So some might decide to not change them to pay that high just for 10 batteries, so forced to drive with even less battery capacity.

“So what are the brand safety standards that GARM uses? Their standards also include restrictions on hate speech, harassment, misinformation, or, my personal favorite, insensitive, irresponsible, and harmful treatment of debated, sensitive social issues. Those criteria are highly subjective in theory, and they are purely partisan in practice. For example, last year, Daily Wire host Matt Walsh was fully demonetized on YouTube, a GARM member. Why? For quote-unquote misgendering, which to GARM is to say that men are not women. Perfectly obvious facts now run afoul of GARM's censorship standards.
“Companies targeted by GARM, like the Daily Wire, Breitbart, Fox News, and so many others, reach hundreds of millions of people with opinions and beliefs long established as within the mainstream of American conservative thought. GARM and its members have no respect for the beliefs of those people. They would like them marginalized or squashed. It's time to stand up for the First Amendment in this Congress.
“Congress can do so in two ways. First, Congress must investigate the informal and perhaps formal arrangements between censorship cartels like GARM and executive branch agencies. The Daily Wire has already filed a federal lawsuit against the State Department for allegedly doing just this. Second, Congress can itself stop engaging in violation of free speech principles. Two weeks ago, writing a dissent in Murthy versus Missouri, Justice Alito condemned what he called sophisticated and coercive government campaigns against free speech.

When Congressman Schiff speaks about targeting social media companies that must be, quote, ‘pulled and dragged into this era of corporate responsibility because they are too tolerant of misinformation,’ he knows what he is doing. He is participating in a sophisticated, coercive campaign against free speech. When Congresswoman Jayapal blames social media for placing America at the precipice of a democratic crisis and calls on them to target what they deem hate groups, she also knows what she is doing. She is participating in a sophisticated, coercive campaign against free speech. When Congressman Hank Johnson says, quote, ‘We need a constitutional amendment to allow the legislature to control the so-called free speech rights of corporations,’ he also knows what he is doing.
“We all know what these government actors, what some people in this room are doing. You're using the tacit threat of government action to compel private companies to throttle viewpoints you don't particularly like. The First Amendment was not designed to enable workarounds by elected officials. It was directed at Congress, at you. And you're abdicating your fundamental duty when you exert pressure on private companies to censor speech. Some in this room have been doing just that for years. We in the non-legacy media have been feeling the effects. In the name of the Constitution and the name of democracy, this should stop.”

I live in LA, own two Teslas and have my life savings worth millions invested in Tesla since 2016. I followed this channel and other Tesla channels for many years. I know everything about Tesla and have defended Tesla and Elon from critics thousands of times. But now that Elon Musk has endorsed Trump, I'm completely disillusioned. How do you choose a person who doesn't even believe in Democracy? Californians buy more Teslas than the other 49 states combined. I haven't sold my TSLA stocks yet. I will do some soul searching before I decide. There are millions like me in blue state California. I feel that Elon has stabbed us in the back.

I am distancing myself from everything political regarding Trump and since Elon has lied about donating to either party and is now a full MAGA-head, I can no longer support Elon, Tesla or any other Elon-driven company. Ok , so Harley Davidson is getting 89 million dollars to expand its York plant , but they don't keep spare parts for their OG Livewire !
I got rear ended at a stop sign in February 2024 on my Livewire and have been waiting 5 months (and counting) for my bike to be fixed at the Harley dealer that I bought the bike from , and I am being told that parts availability is the problem.
At this rate I will have the bike I have placed an order for through a startup EV motorcycle manufacturer Savic will be ready before the Harley Livewire is fixed !
