Windows are tinted black, can’t see inside the vehicle. Unknown amount of passengers, and it’s related to a shooting. What’s to say there was somebody waiting inside to ambush the deputy. Officer safety was on his mind. At the end of the video after the window was broken and the deputy could finally see inside. That’s when he reacted.

He / she is a deputy, not an EMT!!!! They’re not ACLS qualified, they don’t carry around a trauma kit and plasma. He was on the phone getting those people to the CRIME seen!!!!
The Deputy was by himself, he radioed for back up, and for medical! She died two (2) days later in the hospital, so, that was only possible because the Deputies helped her after the scene was secured, since the killers could drive back and shoot again! The family and the lawyer want a payday!
