  1. Single mom looks like she's barely 18 yo Of two kids, she wants a free paycheck instead of going to work to support her little kids.

She should've kept her legs closed and went to college!!!

  2. That's absolutely ridiculous! I the Red-Hot Chili Peppers & Pearl Jam are two of my favourite bands in the World, but he needs to be arrested and charged because there is absolutely no reason that he should have hit that man; so clearly, he was using his phone and distracted. The fact that they just decided that because there was no proof of him using his phone that him running-'a person'-over—who was in the middle of the crosswalk, back turned to him—is very revealing of the two-tier society within which we live.

  3. Even though the video is not clear, it appears Josh had something in his hand which was around the size of a mobile phone. Each and every responding officer should be charged for dereliction of duty and Josh's phone and phone account, etc. should be seized and searched for evidence related to the incident. Since the victim was in the crosswalk, Josh should have been charged at the scene for hitting the victim, at the very least. No one is above the law.

  4. I'm blown away at the comments. You know damn well 99% of you, even the cops that would be arresting Josh, have looked down at their phone while driving.

Everyone calling for him to be put in jail for murder is crazy. Is it negligence? Yes.
But what happened to showing compassion all around, especially when you know all of you do, and have done exactly the same thing.

Josh should have to pay. The daughter should get something from this. However, everyone going at Josh with their pitchforks sharpened need to take a long look in the mirror and think how many times they got lucky this didn't happen to them. Same thing with DUI deaths. Almost everyone i know has gotten behind the wheel when they shouldn't have, and they got lucky nothing happened. Especially in their youth.

RIP, to this man. You seemed you were loved very much. Prayers with the daughter.

My prayers are also with josh. He's not a bad guy. He's actually a really nice person. I know this is weighing on him.
