  17. As an Actor, I don't see how Alec Baldwin can be found guilty. When we are handed guns, we are told what it's loaded with, if at all. In a revolver or clip, typically they are dummy rounds, which have no gunpowder, just so the bullets appear on camera. I typically don't take the armorer's word for it, and check the rounds myself by, if nothing else, pointing the gun in a harmless direction and pulling the trigger just to show the other people on set that it is indeed just a prop, even if it's a real gun. It's not my responsibility to do that, but I do it anyway.

    Sometimes I fire blank rounds–so there's gunpowder but no slug in the bullet. Still, even those can cause injury or death. So we fire in such a way that appears realistic on the 2D screen image, but actually the gun is pointed at nothing. Even professional soldiers and law enforcement with live ammunition, in combat are careful not to have the barrel in the direction of anything unless their intention is to shoot it; it's gun safety 101.

    Here's the catch though, where Baldwin may be found guilty. Even a rubber gun, we don't point it at anyone. Any actor who points that gun at anyone is most likely going to get kicked off set. Whether or not he squeezed the trigger, he pointed it at the crew, and that's a stupid thing to do. You always behave as if the gun is real and loaded.

    Still, bottom line is, it wasn't his responsibility to make sure the gun wasn't loaded with live ammunition, so I don't see how he could be convicted of involuntary manslaughter in this situation.

    Be at record numbers.the fooding everywhere, heat others. Different specialty not exactly specified, I worked with dementia, not the problem of President Biden. Trump has many dementia symptoms.
