The driver who hit and decapitated an elderly pedestrian in Brooklyn appeared inconsolable in a new video taken of the gruesome scene.
The unidentified driver, who was wearing a bright yellow vest, was behind the wheel of a city Department of Transportation truck when he allegedly mowed down the 86-year-old man, whom sources identified as Antonio Conigliaro.
The octogenarian lived a few-minute walk from where the crash happened in Bay Ridge, cops said.

The link in the description goes to a New York Post article so not much of a help. Best I can tell the driver hit the man in a crosswalk. It seems like the driver was going too fast and not paying attention.
A 7 minute video and they don't cover anything just B roll footage. Abesoultely ridiculous someone is getting paid for this work.

TMZ did show a home security video, that showed the impact, the first driver should have yield, instead of going around the guy crossing. Drivers need to understand to yield, it’s the pedestrians right of way, especially a senior citizen, they walk slow. It’s crazy!
