  1. Due to the New York Post’s usual poor performance, one can’t get much information from the video.

The link in the description goes to a New York Post article so not much of a help. Best I can tell the driver hit the man in a crosswalk. It seems like the driver was going too fast and not paying attention.

  2. Prob lack of sleep trying to get more hrs to pay rent as a result accident. Unfortunately landlords forced this to happen due to high cost of living.

Bad policies by gov. Increasing death rate among citizens by design

  3. TMZ did show a home security video, that showed the impact, the first driver should have yield, instead of going around the guy crossing. Drivers need to understand to yield, it’s the pedestrians right of way, especially a senior citizen, they walk slow. It’s crazy!

  4. Dont make assumptions the driver is innocent and traumatised. Get facts right before slandering an innocent driver!

The crossing lights aren't working properly and the department has been already informed. The crossing doesn't give anyone time crossing. The driver was on green and was innocent and did nothing wrong-The driver is innocent…
