In your opinion was the fourth test flight a success or a failure?
Both the Booster and Starship have almost zero propellants when landing yet they have no payload? Did they load less fuel or got rid of propellant. Its hard to see how you could load 50 tonnes on this vehicle and make it to orbit? Havent seen a single channel discusa this..

So we sent all those Saturn v rockets to the Moon and now we can't seem to get a simple starship created by Elon musk to orbit. Weird

The 4th launch was better than the first 3. But it's just an empty rocket with no proof of payload abilities, same as first 3. Apollo 4 was the first launch of Saturn V stack. That is what success looks like.
It launched in 1967 with a command module and dummy weight of the LM
It tested engine restart.
It tested heat shield.
It passed with flying colors.
Apollo 7 carried the first crewed mission.
StarShip isn't remotely close. Its not even close to Apollo 4 levels of success.
Launching an unpressurized ship that also melted. That's still a fail. At least it didn't blow up
Starship isn't even rated to carry a crew. There's nothing there.
V-1 , V-2 , sound so German Retro lol. Werner Von Brauns creations in the 40's of the V-2 Rocket Wonder Weapon was the beginning of His and his Teams road to Man stepping on the Lunar Surface. Even though it only traveled at 300mph , could be knocked off course easily by Allied planes catching one from behind and gently nudged by a wing , were not real accurate , but the beginning. Funny how much Elons Design looks alot like them . Once established in the U.S. after Operation Paperclip , He and a Team started paving the road to the moon and better weaponry began. Building off of the V rockets with state of the art tech for the time , came the next phase. They were responsible for Rockets such as the Redstone , Jupitar , and Saturn Class , vital to America's Space Race. Imagine what Von Braun and Co. would think seeing todays Rocketry and the logistics around them. Makes me wonder if Werner Von Braun and his Team , and Elon Musk and his Team could work together what things would we see coming out of that assembly!? Werner passed not to long ago in the late 70's , and was supposed to have had possible "help" and possibly worked on the supposed Nazi Bell. He knew much more many stated , as the US had its own "help" over the years prior. His friend and secretary knew things spoke of with others , and he spoke with her in more detail from his death bed. She has toured and spoke at conferences about it , and the Fitting Bible Verse He chose for his headstone. Psalm 19 – 1. Maybe that , as many think from the things he laid out from our Gov. and its control , was his final clue for humanity ?

Single mission from taking off from earth and landing on other planet is not practical,insted breake joirnt into three part , first take off from earth to space station (not ISS) then from space station to destination plananet . Or to a destination planet space station then from that space station to the landing vehecal .

"The best is yet to come" yes – when they catch the booster and then the starship. While the fuel transfer and farting around in space will be interesting, it doesn't have the same explosive impact as a thousand tons of fuel hitting the deck at terminal velocity. I think THIS is the most interesting bit, getting it into space, getting it back from space and catching it.
NASA got to the Moon on 5 engines. Musk can't do it with 30+ without burning holes. 1968 tech Vs Musk , 1968 wins

sometimes i have to increase playback speed, when i do it it's usually 1.25 but in your case i had to go all the way up to 1.5. otherwise video was pretty good.

Two days later, and more irritants to point out. Y'know, EVERY time I watch a vid from this channel, my index finger creeps down to the 'unlike' button. For a channel that superficially tries to focus on engineering issues (which, in turn, require the precision of the mathematics and underpinning the broad concepts), what we usually get is inaccurate language that broadly says absolutely nothing.
For instance, the narrator touts the 'new' tiles being applied to Starship as 'twice as strong' as, I presume, previous tiles. 'Strong' in what sense? Tensile strength? Weight-bearing strength (such as the properties of aerogel)? Temperature resistance? Air pressure resistance? 4th state of matter resistance? Deodorant strength (just in case I want to put a tile under my armpits)? The narration is as vague as any TV commercial. It's used so much in 'Space Race' vids that one wonders whether these vageries are representative of the scriptwriter lack of knowledge and facility with aerospace engineering concepts. I'm a social worker, and qualified historian. Math is NOT my forte, but I do understand the concepts! And I can accurately articulate them.
Or, take THIS obvious faux pas: the narrator wants to say 'cutting edge'. It's what he is TRYING to say in obvious context. What he DOES say is 'leading edge'. Now, I remember the Columbia break-up from 1 February 2003. If I had never heard of the concept before Columbia, I was certainly well-aquanted with it by the time the Columbia Accident Investigation Board took up it's mandate. Anyone over the age of 18 with even a passing interest in All Things Aeropace knows that 'cutting edge' is in reference to the advanced state of technology (a good adjective for SpaceX Starship), whilst LEADING edge refers exclusively to the portion of an aerodynamic surface that meet the surface's FIRST contact with air.
We're NOT getting A.I. narration here. There's a real human at 'Space Race' narrating these vids. I don't know about you, but I watch these sorts of vids (Scott Manley, Marcus House, Frazer Cain, WAI, Angry Astronaut) to receive knowledge by people MORE knowledgable than I. Sadly, my experience with 'Space Race' is a continual litany of oversimplification, baseless speculation, and laughably inaccurate use of terminology that make my teeth grind. I'm sitting on my 'cancel' finger right now, but any more mistakes like this, and I'm outta here.
just a note at 7:58 something definitely did not fail here, raptor has a tendency to shut down rather flamboyantly, the big flame is likely due to the outer 10 engines shutting down rather than the 1 failed engine as that had exploded on startup…
