Shame this is coming through – HH Optimiser doesn’t actually inject stuff into your game. We are 99.9% sure that’s not what is doing this
They are copying mkx mobile like every second someone is being banned like there accounts are like 10 yrs old that is max out, here is tempo ban but I fear most is when banning the people using rsl helper and other tools is competition to them it shows that they are money hungry
If RSL Helper and HH optimizer become bannable I predict a mass esodus … is plarium trying to do harakiri ?
It would be crazy that they would now ban RSL helper just cause they want money from Auto-Battles… and even worse if it was about optimizer that just allows people to compare other people's builds
rsl helper just released an update with a bunch of "fixes", i would bet on rsl helper being the problem imo.
also i never saw farbstoff mention all clear after conversations with plarium….but hh optimizer did.

Hello, I believe new people are trying to get “cheaper” packs from different countries as the new players join Raid. Old players learnt their lessons sometime before… I cant confirm that VPN usage is a third party program.
It is madness!!!! Its a fuckin video game and not an online chess tournament for real price of course you cannot use help programs for there!!
But its a video game and I use anything if I want to use!!!!!!

our member got banned for a week twice – refund abuse, 1st time no real explananion, 2nd time they admitted it was a mistake but cant unban him, ridiculous
1st time it cost him the Emic fusion, the 2nd time another one, cant remember exactly which champ, its a miracle he didnt quit after all that shit from them

Well. Timing is funny. Now that the fateless game seems to take more and more form. I guess this is what happens if you use a 3rd party application for a game. But it turns out that this 3rd party application creates a game that goes into direct comp with raid. Wonder if this is a reason why
At this point RSL helper is the only way to play this game and your progression will be slow without HH optimiser . These tools are absolutely necessary for this game , without these Raid will not survive.
If plarium decides to go against these tools then sadly that will be the end of Raid shadow legends
yeah this has nothing to do with the 2 sanctioned apps, he did something and got caught, oh well
if their AI banned me it would do me a favour tbh – I have been quitting for 2 + years !!
I can hardly play this game without RSL. Not to mention the devs have said RSL is perfectly fine to use. Something else is clearly going on with these players. Most likely that have moded the tools in some way themselves.
Any updates on this? It was everywhere yesterday and today no one's talking about it like it never happened.
Funny that they call it malware. it's not by any means proper use of the term.
Hh optimiser doesn't inject anything. Reddit guy was probably using some shady programs
During the previous CvC I had the same Ban-issue and I also use only RSL-Helper and HH Optimizer and that PC is only used for RAID, so there is nothing else that could be the cause for a ban.
Plarium Support also gave the exact same answers and they told me "I am sorry that I cannot give you more information about this situation as it is internal. Please refrain from using both of the programs. We understand they are helpful with game progression, but they can cause errors in the game. For example, RSL Helper can cause issues with data deserialization, which leads to errors in the game."
It seems that something else was done through those two programs, the other day everything was free in the store, they reacted quickly, but it is possible that there are programs that hack important things in the game, not manual clicks.
