Gotta admit this is a mess of a great idea. Dangling plot threads (the mom), underbaked character relationships (dad and sister) and underplayed performances that should've really gone for camp (Doug, the sister, Michael…) Great stuff from the leads but the script needed several passes before they started shooting.

I loved this movie. I loved the sister so much when i saw she was still wearing the necklace i started crying. I think it was great instead of the whole pitting women against one another. Lisa even in her whole insanity still chose to forgive and love Taffy. I thought it was great. I also thought Taffy was too nice and like killed her mom in efforts to get lisas dad and her kom together because she was in love with her dad or something. Thank god i was wrong

Has anyone watched this garbage? So bad, love 80s schlock but this is just ridiculous and definitely doesn’t deserve a kill count.
Oh yay someone did the K count for this brilliant film we worked on a kids. So my review will be up by tonight & it needs serious attention quick, cuz some themes in the film happened in real life & many kids are gone now without justice and we dunno exactly how many. Some were friends.
There was also a teacher who had to teach with the door open for real. Cuz the kids across the city were being human tested on against their will, & disappeared. They discussed real life events around a fictional script of a creature.
This movie deserves some awards!!! My review will be up soon tonight in my growing up in rock n roll playlist along with my other movie reviews of projects we worked on.

I went and borrowed this movie from my local library this afternoon, just so I could watch this Kill Count afterwards. It was a little cheesy, but it felt very Diablo Cody. The stylization of the whole aesthetic is beautiful though, and I found it to be a surprising nice movie. It's goofy and fun but still has a nice hint of horror thrown in there. I hope that Zelda Williams keeps directing more after this one. Now it's time to bust out some magenta and cyan gels and get inspired.
