I liked Cold War zombies and I feel like if they fix what needs to be fix and add a fun experience I think it will be pretty solid
And they're putting the game on gamepass because theyre being told too. Microsoft care more about Xbox than activision. And thankfully all of us gamepass owners for the last however many years are now starting to reap the benifits.
I mean game pass core to play online at all is $10 so paying $15 for game pass ultimate and getting bo6 is easily worth it
Sadly if you do your research, the scraps of black ops 1,2 and 3 have almost run dry. Which means activision and treach are left with a creative bunch of profit driven lemmings who follow things like vanguard and skins creations off a cliff.

The YouTubers hold disproportionate community voice. Nobody is blaming you for the many missteps in BO4 by Treyarch / Activison, but generally YouTubers criticised Chaos without appreciating its good bits, which meant we didn't get the mythological and fantasy maps anymore. What's happened has happened so onwards and upwards.
If it’s like cold war, there was one good map on there and one mid map. So we’ll see, Im hoping its nothing like Cold War! Praying for no blue screens on launch.
Zombies will likely feel like a dull warzone reskin forever now
and I will say this again these newer iterations of zombies are mainly for the casual players that don't take the game seriously but for the people that's been playing zombies since world of war Black ops 1 2 so on this game is not going to appeal to all of The hardcore fans that's been playing zombies for the past 16 years so I have to say for all of you that's been playing zombies for that long this game's not for you just play something else because you are all played a fool for playing each game when you know you're not going to like it
Simple fix for that whole create a class system; in Cold War, when you choose a map, it then lets you choose endless or 20 rounds. Add classic endless and classic 20 rounds; what these would change is:
1. Starting pistol only
2. No rarity system
3. Field upgrades in the box
Then decide how you want to play, classic or modern.

Just saying that Game Pass is absolutely worth getting if you only play on PC, You seriously get a ton of games and hopefully with COD coming in the future and EA Play included it's great. Also if you do have a series S or X in the living room it's super convenient to play casual games

People hate on CW for being too easy, but forget about how customizable it actually is. You can undo the super EE reward so that you don't spawn in with a purple tiered weapon. Instead of spawning in with an e-tool or hauer, spawn in with a 1911 with no attachments instead. If you think no perk limit is OP, then limit yourself to 4-5 perks. Don't do high rounds with the M79 and PhD. The same people who say CW is too easy are the same ones using Perkaholic, alchem, and reign drops gobblegums on BO3.

People haven’t understood what Treyarch has been doing since BO4, you guys haven’t noticed that BO3 and down wasn’t a welcoming game for a new player or the casuals that couldn’t even pass round 30.
They made BO4 “Easier” to let more people enjoy Zombies and let casuals have their fun time. While on the other hand the hardcore players have been given a fuck ton of steps to complete a side EE don’t let me even start on the Main EE and that’s how it kept going onward
They Want New players and more casuals they DGAF about the old “veterans” and hardcore players since they have about 5 games of zombies if you include IW

all this cold war hate is retarded. While cold war came with lots of problems it also came with a lot of good things. campaign was great, mp started off eh but got better and zombies had the best gameplay in a long time

As long as it has complex easter eggs and a wonder weapon quest then ill be be happy. Hopefully we have the old point system but the hard easter eggs is what i eant mainly.
Just gonna wait and see. I don't preorder stuff. Wait to see if they do as they promise before anything. Last COD game I got was Cold War on PC. Before that was BO3 on console.
From the past cods starting at cod 2019 we can 100% say that it will not be worthwhile 🤷♂️
