The ATF was wrong and more time should be allowed and given before a break in to someones home. And all federal laws in violation of the second amendment are unconstitutional.

That warrant execution was done as if it was a narcotics warrant. ATF could have just detained the subject when he exited his residence during the day and then secured the house, eliminating his access to the firearms in a startled state. The Feds always want a show and to, apparently create a situation that give them reason to snuff out a non-complier.
When we take that oath to protect and defend the US Constitution, it needs to be lived. I want to see the video. Release the video let the people see what happened.
The Ring camera did activate and would still record sound even after tape was placed over the lens; I did not hear them "announce". Why does this investigation say they did?
First thing you do is check you door bell camera to see who it is, they put tape over his camera. Im 52, with a bad back,and bad knees, 15 seconds is not enough time for me to get up and answer anything. The ATF used the law to murder this man in his home, and they have investigated themselves and found no wrong doing. Wow! And they expect us to be stupid enough to believe that this was a legitimate execution of a search warrant.
Since 1993 when ATF created the siege at Waco, I have never heard anyone express concern about all the people that died and were burned alive. If the ATF and FBI can get away with burning children alive and live on TV, do you think that ATF will be held accountable for this latest storm trooper FUBAR action?
So they came in wearing dark shirts early in the morning with the house lights most likely turned off because people inside are sleeping. They could have approached him as he was leaving for work and served the warrant.

There's something going on here that we are not being told. This was a hit. What did he know, and who did he know it about?
One thing left out of the time line……………. SOMETIME between arriving on scene and BEFORE kicking in his door, they cut the power placing the home in the dark and making identifying officers impossible. Between "announcing" themselves and busting down his door was less than 30 seconds. Sure would be nice to KNOW IF they continued to announce themselves or if they simply went "tactical" once the door was busted open. And lastly, why the hell didn't they search the home when he wasn't home? Specifically to lower danger and because he was NOT on the WARRENT. They intentionally placed themselves and the public in LETHAL danger unnecessarily.
What does the governor of Arkansas say about her police performing this "search"
