Real experience: I went to a Municipality Council in Bangalore for Khata transfer. That guy asked me 15000 for that. He didn't transfer my khata when I tried to negotiate. All the ex and current govt. employees are having huge properties. They themselves destroyed Karnataka. It's a beautiful state with a beautiful culture but these people will steal and blame the outsiders for every problem

Illegal constructions destroyed Bangalore.
Revenue and Tax point at 16:03 , the tax and revenue are mostly sent to central governments as well after GST from the service sector as you know. And everyone know how much the state gets back for every 100 Rupees it sends to the centre as tax. So that point needs to be explained on how Bangalore, Mumbai and few other cities have lost out on on crucial funds for development over decades, hence the slow metro etc etc and that is the reason it quite redundant to compare it with the Delhi Metro, the national capital, a single city with a few square kilometeres in its entire radius to Bangalore(Karnataka) the sheer size and population makes the comparission invalid. Like comparing development of Singapore with entire India.
India needs population control more than anything , but if they do it people will not vote so they don’t even talk about it . They could cancel subsidy if you a family has more than 2 children or take more tax etc .
Even after all this, people will vote only on the basis of religion, caste, language and region. And will consider any one political party as their God and will fight for it like a donkey. ,
Being a banglorean I agree for the traffic and rain water clog issues, but deep down i cant listen someone mocking this city, this city has given us life, and a place to work and stay, we have that everlasting gratitude. hoping Things will become better and its will have its glory back.
