At approximately the 1:40 minute mark. At first I was thinking that maybe the truck driver was having a medical or vehicle issue. As i watched further, I feel (personally) that driver was on some mess. Its almost like he hunted down a victim to get paid (the victim)

Seeing a lot of break checks, since it’s on video and even if they didn’t hit you, get the info, it’s reckless driving and you can be held criminally civilly liable—meaning they could be jailed, fined, and sued for causing the crash.
And even no crash.
They are being a mess on the road and it will screw them over.
Even if your mad on the road, never break check, no matter what, soon as you do without a crash , your reckless driving and can be put in jail or sued, even if you think you got away, u never know, they can have a camera and a knock will be right at your door with cops
I’ve been in a break check incident which almost took my life, I was hurt badly , this lady just wanted to break check ANYONE so she got me and my friend as her car had 3 scratches on the side and ours had no front , leaking oil, gas, I mean the whole front of the car was gone, didn’t even look like a car, she called the cops and said we tried to hit her, she went nuts screaming at everyone , while we remained calm and I got taken to the hospital, I had whiplash and glass shards and my jaw and arm messed up, we had a camera and stores nearby offered their cameras saved videos, she is now in jail for attempted murder, it’s been about a year now she’s still in jail and we even sued her, so I’m really saying here
