  1. If you decide to watch the movie, remember it is part of a trilogy, called The Dollars Trilogy. I'm not sure if it was an intentional trilogy but it's certainly been thought of that way. Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More, and The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, in that order.

  2. The second part, L'estasi del oro, is a perfect cannon and the best way to wake up in the morning. The oboe is like nature coming to life, then the constant grow of harmonics is like a constant injection of energy. This truly is a peerless creation.

  3. I have watched tons of reactions to this video because I am Danish and it is the Danish National Symphony Orchestra performing live. I have watched countless of other reactions to other music. But you reaction sky rokects to heaven. It is so good that you deserve millions to watch it. You analyze the instruments, the singers, the conductor and you compare it to the movie. This is the best reaction vidieo I have EVER seen

  4. That's the 1st time I saw the trailer for The Good, the Bad, & the Ugly, though I have seen the movie numerous times. Something the narrater got wrong was The Ugly was Eli Walach (Tuco) and The Bad was Lee Van Cleef (Angel Eyes) the trailer mixed them up.

  5. You probably don't want to review, but would probably personally like the slightly comedic piece that you can find by searching "The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain – The Good, The Bad and The Ugly"

  6. Thank you for your breakdown and analysis of this piece, I've seen it multiple times before, and you opened my eyes and ears to aspects that I hadn't noticed before.

  7. Vibrato on a recorder can also be done (you can see it in the video) by opening and closing a hole (AT LEAST two holes down from the note you are actually playing) rapidly. You can see the recorder player do this with a finger at the bottom of it (safe distance from the note he is playing).

  8. Maybe you don't know that Ennio Morricone and Sergio Leone, by chance, were schoolmates in elementary school in Rome. Fate had already decided for them.together they created films that made the history of cinema. like the good the bad the ugly, once upon a time in the west, once upon a time in America.

  9. What's interesting to me as an Italian is that the trailer kept showing the three main characters to the rhythm of "The good." (Eastwood) "The bad." (Van Cleef), "The ugly." (Wallach)… but Eli Wallack is supposed to be the Ugly, and Lee Van Cleef is supposed to be the Bad.
All this because the order in which the sentence is idiomatic in English and in Italian is different. "Il buono, il brutto e il cattivo" should really be "The good, the ugly and the bad".
