I was kinda waiting for something to happen with the two first employees (like them quitting or messing up orders) since their motivation was at zero for a long time now but apparently it just affects work speed.

The waiter seems to need to walk over to the cashier to get the food before serving. Maybe move him next to the cashier instead of out front?
It's a shame you didn't think to search for cash cans at the first cafe you renovated. There definitely was one that you almost missed at the second cafe; out front by the bushes.(maybe there were more?) If you do more renovations, keep your eyes peeled for those cans.
I love that you flipped two cafes already. It’s always been cool to me that this game lets you do that, and it makes so much money. Plus the waiter and the cashier are really helpful now. I can’t wait to hopefully see the farm. It seems like it’ll be fun. 😊
