For Marshal, I always made him like a record store/music set up, because music is his hobby! =) He would stand outside and sing and bop and use the instruments, which was sooooooooooo cute! For Raymond, I always give him like a coffee cafe, because he gives me that hipster coffee consumer vibe, lmao.

I think Eric needs a little forest. He gives me them vibesm pop a little crop there and use it as a mini nature zone

I was thinking for the areas behind the residental area, you could use it to put some sand pathing down and palm trees to "show off" mermaid and shell furniture? Because I remember people making areas for that to flex their mermaid items 10:00
