  25. Way to go buddy! I live in another country, but I appreciate you understand the concept of rights and freedoms. It is universal. There is no need for a constitution except to protect the people legally.

    In Canada, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms begins with a statement you can stop halfway through…..

    “Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law.“

    I recognize the supremacy of God and that makes me equal to Canada under the eyes of God.

    Now the rest of the statement requires much deeper thought….. about “the rule of law”.
