Starfield – OP Ships for New Characters – Hunting Claymore and Crimson Fleet Wight (MAY UPDATE)

We’re getting our “Sonic Booms and Ship Drops” back, but does the Ship Landing Site method from March still work? I test both in this video, sometimes on the same moon.

By the end, we’ve spawned over 50 ships with over 7 million credits face value. If you wanted to get into the ‘stray ship recovery business’ are willing to take your cut it might be quite lucrative.

If you’re just looking for that one ship to make your game more enjoyable, I’ve listed everything I spawned. You might find something you like. My level 12 Survival character is set with a Claymore, Wight and a UC Autobahn.

For the original technique see my previous video, “Hunting Top Ships After the (March) Patch – Claymore III, Vista, Hyena, Wight”
https://youtu.be/aFFvaaESVJo

That was tested with New Game+ high level Starborn character, but it works the same way except for the system you use and the specific ships in the loot tables.

  1. Interesting. I went to Porrima II-b and saw a Pik Up landing. Never actually seen one land before. Maybe I'm spending too much time in the high-level systems or have the ship types that land become more diverse?

  2. Ive been ship hunting for cheapest 'A' class ships then registering them in my menu so it costs less, then duplicating my Main ship over top the Class As and selling them for around 100k each with a 1000% Profit 🙂 if U try this you must say often cuz ur game will crash. This is the way to get rid of the Frontier and the Starborn Guardian clearing 2 needed spaces in your Inventory 😅 You are welcome to use this if you want. Thank YOU for the tips!!

  3. There is no time dilation on Venus or any other planet in Starfield! It's just that planets like Venus have longer days. Venus rotates so slowly that it takes 243 Earth days to turn once on its axis. So 1/24th (or 1 hour) of its full day is 243 Earth hours long. If you sleep for one hour on Venus, you will be laying in bed for just over 10 days. So be careful if you use the survival settings. Going that long without eating or drinking may be fatal.

  4. I'm now grabbing screenshots of those red 3D models and then labeling them afterwards…. I def don't want to run a bunch only to discover it's a UC Vanguard… anything 🙂
