I know I said I probably wouldn’t be making any new world content anymore, but hey the word “probably” is full of potential!
Anyway, the new world devs released a huge blog post yesterday that addresses some of the most a frustrating aspects of new world with some MUCH needed QoL changes to the game’s structure, economy, and mechanics and I AM HERE FOR IT.
Thank you, devs for finally showing that you’re listening to us and taking action. I’m cautiously optimistic.

I think NW still has a huge lifespan ahead. All the ingredients are there for a sick game; people jumping off because of temporary bugs aren't seeing the quality of a game it will inevitably become. ❤ Love the content; keep making NW videos 🤙

Id much rather see this fixed, than get the fallout 76 treatment.
I want them to fix gear stat and perk combos. For example I get a STR/CON light armor piece with a in ice gauntlet or healing perk. WTF nothing synergizes in this game.

i wish more content creators would show a lil more patience when it comes to what they put out.
I thought the global trading post was a great idea, but I am not one of the people who make all their money flipping stuff on the market.
I just want a region transfer. That's it.
After 200 hours this game is not close to a all time experience. Nothing in the story or lore has jumped out and the game has been a blitz for OCD gamers. Non of the missions have weight or a feeling of contribution to the actual world. Streamers turned it into a turn n burn during the betas and it has not been able to shake that mindset. Even in WoW your strung from one moment to the next and if you buy in you can see YOUR story unfold on the world. This feels like one big ass singleplayer game we are all playing on the same game save. Its a good shot by amazon but people are leaving because they have played mmos forever and this game is just short on giving the RPG side off the MMO world. Love your content onepeg
These patch notes are a great start, but just know every time their fix to something is "we removed xyz", it means they have no actual way of monitoring or stopping the root issue. E.x. "We removed gold rewarded from fishing chests" translates to "We have no way of stopping fishing bots, so we have to remove the gold".
