Ya im getting nervous about this already
hi Todd
So many nerds complaining who will all buy the game and play it for hours so they can all complain some more
For all the dung beetles i'm reading in the comments section. If you don't want to explore the many procedurally generated planets, just stick to the main quests and side quests of the main storyline planets. No one is putting a gun to your head saying "explore all 900 planets or else" . Morons
Oh shut up stop lying
over "1000" planets
all open for you to explore
– Todd Howard
This really makes me want to play No Man's Sky for PSVR.
Starfield – Shmarfield
Nice framerate Todd.
16x the planets
"Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies."
Keep scraping that butter thinner and thinner. One of the complaints of Skyrim and Fallout was that they were as wide as the Ocean and as deep as a puddle. You can make a giant sandbox but it won't be any fun if there is nothing to do.
Can't be worse then Fallout 76 can it……..right….no way it can be worse with 10 times the ambition
So much like No Mans Sky. Hopefully worth exploring.
I'm curious if they would redeem like No Man's Sky or they will flop.
Will release buggy and lesser graphic than what is shown.
The tone at 0:38 reminds me of his sweet little lies
This looks huge and amazing! Its gonna be a buggy mess launch. Calling it now.
Wow, it just worksοΌ
who know what's brand of todd's shoes? thanks.
Can't wait for 990 of those planets to be nothing but randomly generated boring wastelands instead of like 15 planets with a bunch of unique curated content
This looks huge and amazing! Its gonna be a buggy mess launch. Calling it now.
16 times the detail!!!
Its gonna be no man's sky's launch but with no redemption arc
Its another Sweet Little lie?
as the saying goes – 10 times the details, 10 times map size
Is this the No Man's Kind like game?
It will just work
Regardless of the quality of base game content. This game is going to be huge for the modding scene.
it just works…
Tell me lies tell me sweet little lies
haha mostly seeing negative reactions
So lessons not learnt from No Mans Sky then.
15 unique planets would have been fine
Radiant Quests…..Radiant quests as far as the eye can see.
The key word being "explore." All it's going to be is several hub planets with a Mass Effect 2 type "exploring" where you scavenge the planet for resources with probes, and maybe there will be an event that spawns a mini dungeon you can go in and "explore" that.
Bunch of goofballs in these comments LOL. This game is gonna be dope af.
