  6. Absolutely fantastic impressions! But can we please retire the old talk show crap where they pretend they just thought this up, they "may or may not do it" and that they didn't rehearse ahead of time? Please? It would be more authentic to say "Evan I heard you and the Roots worked out some impressions before the show"

I love how surprised the guests are when asked to do something they fake-didn't expect, DUDE these shows are planned out in advance down to the last minute, props have to magically be there like her microphone, that specific song had to be practiced by the band, the amount of the song she sang had to be timed so that it didn't run into a commercial, BUT THEY ALWAYS act like it's spur of the moment and unscripted which is hysterical to me, "oh should I!? no i can't, well ok!"…I've been in the room with acting clients while they were on the phone with the producers going over what questions will be asked, what bits they agree to do and then the writers quickly write questions around what the guest wants to talk about and then they ask the question to the actor or guest and time out the response they are going to give so nothing is a surprise and the answer sounds good, IT'S ALL AN ACT. But they still act surprised…too funny…she is REALLY GOOD though, but Jimmy acting like he is blown away, all an act.

  21. That one Tonight Show appearance just launched her career to the stratosphere! I knew she could act but never saw her cast in anything that dramatically showed her amazing range! WOW. And I personally worked with Madonna for a month in 1986. NOBODY is able to do early Madonna’s speaking voice! I AM SO IN AWE OF Evan Rachel Wood now!!!!!!!
