A Massachusetts mom is grateful to the pilots and crew who saved her son on a cruise ship. Aiden Parker and his family were enjoying the cruise when he was stricken with a life-threatening perforated intestine. The U.S. Air Force scrambled two choppers from a base in Florida and flew nearly 400 miles across the ocean. The rescue operation required three midair refuelings before the choppers landed in North Carolina. Parker was rushed to the hospital. Inside Edition’s Les Trent has more.

That would of been one extremely expensive rescue if they were required to pay for it.
Coast Guard: … yeah … we uhh… we went out for lunch… and then we washed the ships…. We fudged up ok…
A.F: plays Top Gun Intro. 🎤 drop…
This is what’s called America First. 👍🏻🇺🇸
I can’t believe cruise ships make so much money but they often don’t have any well experienced medical personnel. I almost died once because of this problem. They really should require a trauma center on cruise ships.
Just wait for the bill.
I'm surprised and happy for the kid. The military is so strict about not assisting with matters on the home front lest somebody benefit.
Wonder if they sent the rescue's bill.
That Bill is Gonna be Something!
Of course! Love my military❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
1.000.000 Dollar bill? 😅
The AF sent the elite team of the PJ's. They specialize in rescue.
Kudos to the u s air force for saving this boy.
Props to the doctor on the ship for diagnosing. He may have been the Person to call for the air force.
This is what an 'army' need to be doing, not taking life…..if we on this planet could change the purpose of the Army to help instead of kill, wow….imagine what we could do as a humanity….assist people like this, thank God the boy is safe, and we could help when there is floods, hurricanes, homelessness shelters could be built ……imagine what social recourse an love patrol for humanity could then do….No one would need to be sick or feel unsafe and we would have no Wars….Well in this case the boy is safe and that is amazing. Well done. x
God bless our everyday heroes and prayers to this boy & his family!! 🙏🏼❤️
Saluteeeeeee 🫡🫡🫡
Wonder how much it cost and the insurance coverage
all cruise ships should have a hospital, because a cruise ship is actually floating city.
Now this is a military service I can salute.
0:40 under my bed
Bill 💵 $200,000
Coast guard saves people from ship not airforce
Seems like a job for the coast guard.
Did someone not notice the little boy crawling on the floor in 1:17
Ready to help American, but for the crew he wud not be airlifted, instead they wud take him to Mexico when the ship docked
What kind of bill is that gonna be?
Nice to see US military saving people for once
Why Air Force, & not Coast Guard? Just curious.
Best wishes to the child, & way to go, USAF!
