  1. I feel like, ironically, Seth leaned a little too heavily into the legends on this. I feel like dropping just a couple legends (i.e. kodama, love this card but seems unnecessary here) for somw more support cards (i.e. cheap protection) that it would do really well

  2. Card: “Sovereign”
    Seth: “Sovereign”

    Card: “Okinec”
    Seth: “Okinec”

    Card: “Ahau”
    Seth: “Ahau”

    Card: “Sovereign Okinec Ahau”
    Seth: “Sovereign Onitec Ow”

  3. Works amazing with Jodah decks and gives them something besides tear asunder for removal before it snowballs out of control. Not so sure about this version though, heh.

  4. This is a pet deck of mine as well. My version got a lot better when I included 4 plaza of heroes. The land that taps for any color if the spell is legendary. I also included 4 cenote scouts to help find lands and get a creature on the board early

  5. 48:08 Not discarding the second land to put a counter on Inti I feel was a mistake, you would get 4 total lands from Kodama, sure you might not be able to cast, but having a land in hand doesn't really help when you could pull 4 out of the deck. I guess if you don't have that many basics that might be why though.

  6. I play something similar in Historic, Bard Class really helps, too. I'm shocked he didn't include the Rocco tutor, since Annie Joins Up doubles that as well.

  7. That game against the archfiend, you could've played AJU while you controlled one to get a double 5 shot, which would've either killed archfiend or killed both of the other things. It's legendary so if one is already down it'll double triggers (unless I'm mistaken)

  8. Maybe lean harder on the red green, and just splash white with plaza of heroes? All the white cards from the main deck are higher cost and can be cast with plaza.
This deck is extremely green and red mana demanding, especially in the early turns, so if we could avoid playing two plains, that'd be nice.

It is true white has much better sideboard options than green and red, but I'm not sure it's worth the inconsistency.

  9. I got wrecked in one draft by an opponent that had High Noon, then Annie Joins up, followed by Ertha Jo, who then got to High Noon my face for 15 damage.
I'm thinking I might borrow a lot of this deck to try making that work.
