Cannabis should be absolutely just as legal and easy to obtain anywhere as alcohol currently is. In every single state. No exceptions. It's so easy: As legal and easy to obtain/use as alcohol currently is. Why hold relatively benign, often healing cannabis to any sort of irrational, stricter double standard than perfectly legal alcohol?..
Legalize federally now. What's legal to possess and consume in over half of the populated areas of The United States should not make you a criminal in states still being governed by woefully ignorant prohibitionist politicians. Cannabis consumers in all states deserve and demand equal rights and protections under our laws that are currently afforded to the drinkers of far more dangerous and deadly, yet perfectly legal, widely accepted, endlessly advertised and even glorified as an All-American pastime, alcohol. Plain and simple! Legalize Nationwide Federally Now!…
Bologna CBS Miami! The people are not "divided" on this even in the slightest. Not at all.The vast majority of all Americans, including all Floridians strongly support the full legalization of cannabis nationwide. You aren't fooling anyone with this propaganda.
Should have never been illegal. Watch History Channel Hooked on Drugs was purely racial look up
What if we legalize Marijuana gummies and ban smoking it. Win win
π¦¨π¨
Are they mad that marijuana might interrupt their meth and fentanyl trade ???
When it passes by 80% you will see how divided Florida really is..
Now you know why the cool kids never invited you to come with them.
Ban alcohol
Yep, the US govt and CIA are responsible for the situation in Cuba. I hope Americans wake up to this fact
Why is Hialeah always the first to the forefront of being left in the past? Anything to go backwards or oppress the residents a little more.
Im voteing yes but i dont think it will pass
It is going to pass. The people in power are trying to put out this message because they don't like the people who would support the bill. (most of the population)
Does anyone actually believe that law enforcement has the resources to chase everyone smoking a joint in public?
Better hire some more officers.π
ban cigarettes first then see how that goes
They added vape on the list to π€¦πΎββοΈ. WTF. You want to ban flower go ahead. Vape has no smell. π
I agree with her π―
Doea cubans should be outlawed bums
And they hate on California but want to be California
Smoking weed in public places is already illegal.
Idiots.
I thought weed was already legal in Hialeah?
Same laws as drinking alcohol in public. Itβs that simple.
Please note some human beings are homeless because marijuana is federally illegal and all federally funded programs exclusively and explicitly discriminate against marijuana
If I use federally approved opioids, I rate housing
If I was alcoholic, I rate housing
If I was pregnant, I get housing
I use state legal marijuana instead of VA opioids and I am denied housing, shelter, safe parking and PTSD treatment
I do not use federally approved drugs such as opioids
These people are delusional.
Never vote for women in politics, they just lose their minds on stupid issues.
