The post covid policy of shelters in California is to allow visits by appointment only. This limits opportunities. Pets only socialize with shelter staff and volunteers. Potential adopters must go on line to pick a pet based on a photo and a bio. Not the best system.

After seeing Wang, I would love to adopt him! I live in the Midwest, and will drive to come get him. My only hesitation is that he gets adopted while I am on my way. I understand they won’t hold him until I get there. Any suggestions, anyone?
