The teenager accused in the weekend shooting death of a 15-year-old in Renton will stay behind bars, for now.
The suspected shooter on Monday faced a judge who found probable cause for manslaughter and illegal possession of a firearm charge.
The 16-year-old is being held on a $1 million bond, the judge said, because electronic home monitoring was not appropriate, and she was not convinced he would follow those conditions of release, based on his history.

THIS is the same kid! So the same kid that shot a man in the face causing him to loose an eye, shot and killed a 15 yr old months after being set free?? Shame on the courts for putting him back on the streets and shame on his mother for advocating for his release. A child blood is on all of them. I hope some adults finally take responsibility for allowing this child to get away with this behavior
And what about the parents that didn't know what's going on in their kid's life? That caused this to happen what accountability is on them.?
