In a major tragedy, a boat carrying at least 20 passengers overturned in Jammu & Kashmir capital, Srinagar. At least 6 people were confirmed dead by 12 PM on April 16, while 10 others were still missing. State Disaster Response Force and Army teams were deployed for the ongoing rescue operations. The boat was reportedly ferrying over 20 passengers including more than 10 school students.
