IT IS NOT IMPROVING THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP!! I sent a check priority mail on 3/20 from Ga. to Ca. and here it is 4/15….still hasn't arrived and I guess they owe me $14. FOREVER STAMPS ARE NAMED SUCH BECAUSE IT TAKES FREAKING FOREVER FOR THE MAILED TO BE DELIVERED!! I reached out to Andrew Clyde in mid Feb. and in a week he was on this So if the Congressmen can't put a fire under the USPO we don't have a chance in hell!
Following thefts and criminal acts have taken place with my usps mail : 1) Mar 2024: funds stolen, $100 – sent via certified mail. The letters was received and envelope had been slit open
2) Oct 2023: IRS Tax return , never made it to IRS
3) Feb 2024: MA Tax Extension and extension payment stolen
4) Feb 2024: an cheque sent via usps mail, $106, stolen
5) Oct 2022: letters sent to MSRB (mass state retirement board) commisioner, via registered post, never reached destination

The victim needs to file criminal theft charges against the facility and file an official complaint with the post office inspector general.
