  1. I can't get over how technically well-put-together this film is – 90 years ago, and only about 5 years after 'talking pictures' were commercialized. The way they quickly figured out how to integrate dialog and dramatic music is amazing. (I wish I could stand the mellow-dramatic scripts & the acting style of the era; but I just can't.)

  2. What a little jewel I almost passed over. Melvyn Douglas, Faye Wray and Ralph Bellamy-Story line is typical for the period but I am always impressed how well the actors were for an industry that was in its infancy. 👍👍

  3. Haven't watched so far. Just musing at the thumbnail and how in these old movies they can be in a cabin, a barn, a jungle runner and they're dolled up in formal evening gowns and costume jewelry…because glamor over practicality won the day lol.

  4. This film is 90 years old and in excellent condition, WOW. Thank you so much. I am a sucker for films, TV Series, and videos that are visually of excellent quality. Some films or videos in high resolution are actually visually poor. In contrast, I have seen a few videos and films in low resolution which were of excellent visual quality.

  5. The title is, "Woman in the Dark"….NOT "Woman in the Shadows. You got the black and white upload correct but you got this colorized one wrong. Edit your title to read correctly.
