This is the moment a Christian preacher was stabbed mid-sermon at a Church in the Australian capital of Sydney. A video live stream of the sermon captured the moment Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel, of the Assyrian Aramaic Church in Sydney’s Wakeley neighbourhood, was attacked. Emmanuel received non-life-threatening injuries in the attack, which also left three other people hurt. It was not immediately clear who attacked Emmanuel, what exactly he was attacked with, or what motivated the stabbing. But it comes just days after another knife attacker ran amok in a busy Sydney shopping mall, leaving six people dead.
