The Alaska door plug blowout has led to numerous investigations, articles, and thought pieces about what happened to Boeing’s once lofty reputation for quality, safety, and innovation.
Project Gemini tells the story in black and white, revealing the plan behind the choices Boeing made to gain more leverage against its unions — initally at the cost of the workers who built the company to where it once was, and eventually harming its finances and devastating its corporate reputation.
With Boeing’s CEO now stepping down at the end of the year, it’s an opportunity for the company can return to what propelled it to the top of the aircraft making business many years ago.
“When people say I changed the culture of Boeing, that was the intent, so it’s run like a business rather than a great engineering firm.” -Harry Stonecipher, former CEO of Boeing

Glad you finally said it…NEOLIBERALISM. So many people blaming Democrats and Republicans blaming the other party when they're both responsible when they equally benefit.
This video is such a perversion of the truth.
Boeing gets what it deserves. It's happening in the automotive business as well. I see GM completely losing its ass in less than 5-7 years. Ford could be soon to follow. Chrysler will be a distant memory in 3 years.
The 737 Max is built in Renton plant in Washington state. A union plant. The failure is on QC and employees in that plant. Maybe the union workers are sabotaging Boeing planes by quiet quitting. Boeing has squandered its reputation possibly by relying on employees that aren’t as exacting and professional anymore.
The tail of the 737 is marked by a big 8 over 737 so as to make one think it is 787 varient.! Deception or self delusion.
