  1. Grossi what do you mean “theyre not making you pay for a stadium” bc of the ownership buy-ins? You say that like they just built a new stadium without taxes lol.

  2. The BEST NFL Stadium Private/Public funding partnership has been in LV.
Primarily, because it comes from a Hotel room tax, so essentially the Hotels(Casinos) are paying the 750 million share.
The Hotels(Casinos) also supported the tax, because they understood that it was really good for their business to add a venue of that size & a brand like the Raiders.
LV’s industry is tourism, their main product is their inventory of Hotel rooms, you sell that inventory by adding new events.
Allegiant Stadium gives them, on Average, 50+ events, every year, in the 60,000 person range that previously they couldn’t host.
Not to mention, they probably already made back their 750 million contribution on ONLY TWO events the Stadium brought them, The NFL Draft & The Superbowl, whose economic impact to the area has been over 1.1 Billion dollars just on those two events.
Everything over the next 20 years, which will include another Superbowl & possibly another draft is gravy on their initial investment, which they’ve already earned back.
They also solved UNLV’s Stadium issue with that one project.

It was a complete No Brainer for Las Vegas to “help pay for a billionaires Stadium”, I’d even argue that it would’ve public malfeasance not to!

  3. “Carr doesn’t look like he’s going to be the guy”, Tom says.
Interesting, considering Derek Carr was better last season than Jordan Love in virtually every measurable way, how do you arrive at that opinion?
Over the last 6 games of 2023 (that’s more than a 1/3 of the season).
    Jordan Love was 4-2
    Derek Carr was 4-2
Jordan Love had a 111.6 Passer Rating
Derek Carr had a 117.2 Passer Rating

    For the entire season,
Jordan Love finished the season with a 9-8 record and a 96.1 passer rating.
Derek Carr finished the season with a 9-8 record and a 97.7 passer rating.

Derek Carr also didn’t finish 3 games due to injury, including being knocked out the Packers game up 17-0.
Carr was 9-5 in games he finished.
The Saints LOST all 3 games Carr didn’t finish.
If Carr doesn’t get knocked out of the Packers game, the Packers miss the playoffs & the Saints win their division and host a playoff off game.
This all changed due to one reckless Rashan Gary play.

  4. What a surprise how Grossi conveniently forgets the extortionous level of hotel taxes in the GB area with his little speech about "how da packers are just so darn special…" I'm sure rental cars are awful too, but I've never had to rent one.

  5. Giants out together the worst line every season for about 12 years. Idk why any QB would come to the giants. They need their head exam. We have had a number one scine Beckham

  6. Honesty what the giant did has been the most depth for the giant line. I don't think QB is the most important thing look at the most consistent teams. You build the line make everyone better. I want them to get Joe alt. Have Thomas and our young cent and now have guard vets or maybe Neal can become a left guard and the right guard from the packers this is our best line in years. I like we keep Simmons I think he can be helpful on 2 And 3 downs. I think now with thib, burns and dex. Whoever is rushing four and if we have extra rusher. I believe we can finally put some pressure on. And when you put pressure on your linebacker look better and so do your DBS. The line set the tone for your team. You have one that can pass blocks. You can have less talented wideout get open or now you can use your team speed. Something we cant take advantage of. I believe we have 3 wideout that can stretch the field. Hyatt, Robinson, and slayton(been consistent when he starts he has 700 yards been our best wideout scine he joined the team now he doesn't have to be number one I also like Hodgkins) Bellinger is a good tightend of healthy , and I like our backs. I think gray can become a good back. And if not Joe alt a top wideout. I and guard or center in round 2 or 3 . If there's a pass rusher we can get I would do that too you can never have enough 😊

  7. Perna, Perna, Perna.
    1. It's Alec Pierce, not Alex.
    2. Come along nice? 32 Receptions for 514 yards and 2 TDs? He had better stats his rookie year. He is not a legit WR2, he is just a deep throw it up and get it 50/50 ball guy. He doesn't get separation.

WR is a bigger need than non Colts fans think. Pittman is great, he is a border line top 10 WR1. It's his lack of speed that prevents him from being top 5. But he would easily be a top 3 WR2. We could really use an explosive WR1, like Brian Thomas perhaps, someone we can use to take advantage of AR's big arm, and use Pierce as a WR4.

    3. Moss doesn't hurt us as much as you'd think. He was a product of a great run blocking Oline. When he also got hurt we did just fine with Goodson and Serman. We also have Evan Hull. We're good at RB. Our Oline elevates our RBs just like a good QB does WRs.

    4. If we take CB at pick 15 it will probably be Q Mitchell, but if he is not there don't be surprised if we take Cooper DeJean, because we need S as well. Dude can play every secondary position and we like versatile players. If we get him then we can take CB or S with a later pick, whichever we like more. Dude also played for Iowa. Remind me where Bob Sanders played again? We been looking for another one of those for years at the S position.

    5. Don't sleep on LB either. We like Franklin and Speed, but neither are difference making playmakers. They don't get sacks. They don't get picks. They don't generate fumbles. Not like Leonard did. We could get a top LB with our 2nd RD pick or a project player with a high RAS in the mid-late rounds. I couldn't even tell you who our SAM LB is. We got no depth and the 2 guys we have could be upgraded.
