So, answer me this. Who is paying for research into improving crop yields if the developers get to only sell one seed once?
I WANT higher crop yields but no one will develop improved crops for india when their courts side with patent infringement at every turn. This is India….a country that can barely feed itself. So short-sighted.
This is NOT true, Farmer CAN replant their own seeds. Its just a bigger risk as many of the seeds F1 and replanting the seeds will be unstable and farmers cant take such risk

The corn stock is sixty percent heavier and two ears are twenty percent larger though the core or cob is extremely smaller. Compared to my nitrogen feed standard seed.
I plant SOME crops from my seeds. The crop police haven't shown up yet. Logistically however, bigger operations this might be to difficult on a large scale. Its not really cost effective, because the purchased seeds have a higher yield. So the savings on the seeds has to save you more than you would get with a lesser harvest (which usually isn't the case). Just my observations. Small scale, keep seeds is fine, very large scale you would lose 10%-20% yield (I think this is average) therefore not really saving you much for your time collecting seeds.

The farmer will solve that problem by having little…meetings with the people that will not permit them to grow their organic and completely safe seeds. There are hundreds of acres on farms, and not a lot of people in those areas, so the people that try to go find out what happened to the first set of morons that dared to challenge the farmers will learn to become both a good example, as well as a horrible warning, of what happens when they FAAFO that challenging a farmer on their farm is a bad idea. Eventually, if the process is repeated enough, then more people will come to the farms, but more of the Luciferian Globalist Elite scumbags will learn that it is a bad idea, and, soon, there will be another crop that will be harvested on that farm, but it will not be a seed.

ONLY active patent GMO seeds have patent protection. All farmers know this and they are free to choose to buy unpatented or expired patent seeds.
These patents are vital to fund the development of high performance seed for climate change conditions. All these patents expire after 20 years, many seeds are now cheap and generic, only made possible by the US patent system.
The seeds that are developed from a hybrid parent plant will not yield the same plant as the parent. Only heirloom seeds saved will produce the same plant as the parent.
I replant my seeds every year. Let them come I'll exercise my 2 ammendment patent.

Farmers could get around this by having a guy come "steal some of the seeds/kernels" and then buy them back from him for a lower price than monsanto
