Personally I wouldn't want to see any non soul reapers in the Hell arc. Gin is a must tho.
Would prefer to see some of the previous Kenpachi along with a couple of the original 13 and Jūshirō for sure.
What about Stark? I thought he was one of your favourite characters.

OG Gotei 13 and Gin from this list. dont care about any of the others really. and as others are saying Starrk for sure. Or Ichigo's Mom, if she went to Hell.
I'd like Starrk if possible (once again pushing my "he's Yhwach somehow" crack theory), and Barragan for sure. Yammy's a pass for me unless he gets some real content. Aside from that, the Espada on the list are mostly ideal, but Numeros & Zommari could benefit from an appearance too.
All the dead captains (Gin, Tousen, Kenpachi 2-10, Ukitake, and all 13 OGotei) are a must, though it's funny the #1 spot went to 13 characters (11 if you discount Yama & Unohana as guaranteed).
It'd be most interesting if Quincies can go to hell, though I'm pretty sure Yhwach absorbing them precludes that

I want to see some Sternritter reappear, mainly ones defeated by Yhwach rather than the Shinigami. Bring back Gerard and Hashwalth for example, give them back their Schrifts (just claim Yhwach's defeat let them reclaim that power or something) and let them fight. Even if they're just fodder for the original gotei 13 to show off their power on, I'd rather see them defeated by the enemy in a fight than defeated by their own leader through the use of an unstoppable and unavoidable plot device.
Also Gin, cause Gin is great.
Ironically not a lot of hollows will be there.
They only end up in hell if they committed sins in life, not as hollows.
Most of these Arancars. Can Arancars go to hell?
Without Coyote Starrk and Lilynette, this list is mediocre. I can’t think of any other Bleach fan that wants Yammi to return.

unfortunately we were not gonna see hollows in hell arc, because all hollows and espada that has been killed in arrancar arc are all cleansed by the zanpakutou and returned to cycle of reincarnation.

Who the hell do I not want to see? One of Bleach’s biggest appeals is that the massive number of appealing characters, I want to see as many as possible.

Gin is Basically Itachi of Bleach.
Ulquiorra is the only one I want to see; to me his 2nd resurreccion unlocked a real terrifying concept: what if there’s no limit to his evolution and adaptation?
If he reaches a 3rd or even 4th resureccion state/form it almost immediately puts him on par with ichigo and perhaps even beyond.
People might say he shouldn’t be evil, but who’s to say what he’d be after being vaporized by Vasto Lord ichigo. Put simply he could be a deranged shell of his former personality or only posses fragments of his former self: if you had potentially godlike power and a fragmented sense of self you may do some out of characters things in pursuit of whatever drives you🐸☕️
I hate how no matter what of you are strong and die you go to hell like dam can I not be a strong ass angel lol
