I saw that same post on Reddit. As a solo player that started out terrified of T3 and now roam around it all the time (w/o using a TS glitch), I told him there were a ton of ways to succeed in T3 w/o a flamethrower.
But the mini chainsaw underbarrel Was nerf too? It was doing the same amount of damage that prenerf flamethrower
i still use it but with shatter blast ammo it still do dmg on shitload of horde zombies but shit on bosses now

What is the one gun you would recommend now?
I played Just after the update and Using my BP50 with Flamethrower noticed immediatly the Flamethrower was taking more Fuel to kill Boss zombies, Especialy Megabom. However it is still very usable and useful but a bit more care must be used to conserve fuel. 🧟🧟♂🧟♀ "Life would be boring if it were easy"

This game is %100 easier than every other zombie titles released to date. In one month, I’ve finish all missions, Easter eggs, aethers and killed the red worm over 10 times, few solo and punched that mf as well.

Use the ISO Hemlock with incendiary ammo and napalm burst mod on it and it is so good kills mega abominations so fast ! It’s crazy no one is using this

I dont have a ton of friends to grind out zombies, so I would solo tier 3 with the flamethrower. I was able to do the bounties in T3 and fight better in the ether. After seeing this its going to be insanely difficult to fight a mega abomination.
Iso hemlock with incendiary ammo melts the mega abomination. Faster than the flamethrower. Even at epic rarity level 2 pap.
I think you should keep your comments to yourself before they decrease the damage again. If you don't like it don't use it

I actually took the purifier as a “meme attachment” it was so good that and strong that was funny. So yea it was fun to use it, but you shouldn’t rely completely on it. The point is to use different weapons to see which ones goes with you play style. I only use for a week because it was so easy, and actually I wasn’t fun anymore, plus make it able for the whole lobby to be in t3 spitting flames like a dragon made it more than a hustle to be there, and I’m not talking about the difficulty if you know what I mean lol
So it was fun, but I’m actually glad they balanced.
I never really used the flamethrower except to see what all the hype was about. Still though, my philosophy for non-competitive, non-PvP games is why not have something for less skilled players to use to get through all the content. It is like a difficulty mode selector. If people want the challenging experience, they can have it. If they want the easy mode experience, they can have it. I personally prefer the freedom for players to tailor their own experience. Some people use console commands in Minecraft to power through the early game to the late game. That is their choice. Others play a game like Terraria, install all sorts of difficulty mods then play on hardcore mode. That is also their choice.
Why didn’t you try the flamethrower on boss zombies? Am I missing something?
I think if they nerfed the zombie spons in tear 3 Abit it wood be better for many players. Sow they Kan have like 2 seconds of down time
Or a movement speed up becouse I think you should besibel to train whit a ar ,smg, pistol or shotgun in your hands
I learned how to do T3 by making a new operator and running around T3 with a throwing knifes and decoys to get more comfortable in T3

The problem is getting good loot… I’ve been away for a week and am currently waiting for my S3 update to finish so hopefully the loot is good now, because it hasn’t been.

There is definitely more zombies when you run t3 with less people in it. I ran, though, on my own turn around I thought I was playing dying light😅

I still run Tier 3 regardless… I just make sure I have Juggernaut suit now. Yea it takes time to grind but it is what is.🤷♂️
I'd love it if they make loot in Tier 3 a bit better? Its so hard to get a legendary tool or flawless.😭
I'm amazed that there's that many people who solely relied on the flame thrower to get them through T3. Since the nerf I've noticed a serious decline of people in T3. It's really not even that hard. A ton of SMG's are really good in T3, as well as most of the assault rifles and battle rifles, a couple LMG's, some pistols, a few shotguns, and the longbow sniper rifle (kills with one shot to the head on a normal T3 zombie), probably missed some. Whatever you got, triple PAP it and put an epic or legendary tool then you're good to go
The flame thrower being nerfed for HVT's does stink but at least they didn't do much, if anything, for the other zombies. It's still a good option for the dark aether as crowd control at least. But D you were in the dark aether, not the elder so maybe it lacks more there. Still love the content. Keep it coming!

Donuts 🍩 you are correct about experience like piano you can’t just become excellent overnight and some people are way better at learning it than me it takes years to get been and more confident in your play and that is the same with zombies or anything new that you pick up and try excel in, for me i was pants and red zone was daunting but now even the elder eathers are all challenging but doable two months ago I was a very different player

Flamethrower was too crutch to be able to kill mega aboms easy. That being said you saying its a skill issue then shortly after having to dump almost an entire mag with a pap lvl 3 legendary weapon with mags of holding, elemental pop and deadshot is kind of ridiculous
If people wanted to play solo, or had no choice because there team left them. The old Flamethrower was a life saver to them.
And doughnut, 90% of your video's are you using a legendary aether tool and not everyone has them stocked up every game
It was necesery nerff when everybody could go tier 3 and instakill all bounty huns in one second
