Either Vicente should immediately retire or he clearly took a dive for him. He wasn’t even hurt or anything he just was shelling up and waiting to get battered
Buckley just needs to be more consistent and the sky is the limit for that man. This win over Luque is huge. I expected a win for Luque but Buckley shined.

Back in 2021 I was sure Vicente Luque would at one point gain a welterweight title or at least become a contender. His downfall was very sudden, and it looks really sad

Buckley will never get props. Before this fight everyone was sure Luque would win now it’s “Luque is washed”. Same thing is going to happen to Khamzat if he beats Whittaker.

Definitely not a fan of Luque but why was this fight stopped that early? Not one good strike got throw Luque was never even slightly hurt and Keith Peterson stopped it? Unanswered strikeds Luque then got up in zero seconds and never even protested and prayed as if it was Gid's decision. Is this his last fight?
So very proud of him. He worked hard for this. His dad would be so proud of him!

Riggged
Not ruling out the afters of the Neal fight, but Vicente underwent surgery that would put a lot of athletes on the sidelines for the rest of their life. He wasn't cleared for combat until months before his fight with RDA, who isn't a natural welterweight, so no one was loud with the plaudits. He will almost never be the silent assasin again, but we can't play down New Mansa. Man has gotten better with every fight, learnt his lessons as he goes, if he continues improving and sticking to the game plan, he'll be a new problem for top welterweights.
Props to Vicente for giving him the opportunity.
