The New World trading has been disabled. This includes trading post, personal trades, and even the company treasury, until they can find a fix for the New World gold dupe exploit.
There’s a huge New World money cheat where players can duplicate items and money. It’s a New World item duplication exploit as well as a coins dupe glitch.
On the official New World forums a dev indirectly leaked when we might see trading turned back on and when the new world money cheat will be fixed as well, hopefully.
Based on what was said, the release date for when New World trading will be turned back on might be tentative. If the fix they think they have works then they can roll it out at the determined time and turn trading back on.
Hopefully it works and we can move on with our lives. They also said they have their economy team looking at what to do about the impact of the New World gold cheats that were used this whole time.

The reality of the situation is that this game was never ready to be mass released. It is still in Alpha. A Real Reborn, and ESO had to go back to the drawing boards to fix their games. Time for Amazon to to pull the plug refund and rerelease in a a year. I have never seen a game missing so many MMORPG features with so many bugs and exploits. As it stands I don't think the game is safe to play right now. If coders and hackers can manipulated the Game Server environment they way they have been doing for weeks then who knows what access they have to players PC's and other information. This is just the latest Cyber Punk example of a company forcing a product out the door to grab money before it is even ready.
Can't imagine they actually catch everyone and magically fix the economy after this. I grinded the shit out of this game to get ahead of the curve and sell tools… I feel.. I don't even know, scammed?

To be honest the best light u can shine is telling ppl to look at it from the devs point of view rathering then bitching saying they don’t do nothing several major bugs have already been addressed they are working very hard on fixing these “major bugs” you also need to remember they are a business they are here to make money so once the MAJOR bug fixes are done maybe some more minor ones might be pushed back that your waiting for they will most likely add on to the store to continue generating more income for the project etc there’s a lot of work to be done they arnt idiots I’m sure they know how to prioritize…just because it doesn’t make sense to you doesn’t mean it’s not being addressed go study this stuff and you’ll learn very quick everytime u fix 1 bug u make 10 more… that’s how it works for every game

A big game breaking bug is Arcana. You can't craft 600gearscore weapons in Arcana has the quintessences/essences aren't applying a maximum role.

Economy team? Really? Most servers have broken economies where top tier mats go for cents and base mats go for over twice the amount. Liquid gold is a myth. How are people expected to make gold when the only 2 options for casuals are killing mobs for a chance at 8-12 gold or outpost rush which is limited( my server specifically has a lot of times you’ll just wait in que for 4 hours if no ones signing up),
You can argue that invasions and wars are a good source of gold which they are. But not everyone can do those.
Take out gold to repair gear or add a repair dude(this one just urks me to literally weave gold coins into my armor myself) Give us a vendor so that items have a BASE GOLD COST. Let me stress a fucking gain. BASE GOLD COST. Not this shit where oricalcium only sells for pennys because everyone’s just trying to hit big money on void ore or the legendary mats for daily cooldowns.

Why would you be fine with them not punishing dupers? Sure hatchet/wep in general bugs whatever they are just using an OP weapon but the dupers are absolutely actively destroying the foundations of the servers
Machine gun life staff kinda broken
1. T2 gems being better than T5 gems. Not sure if that's universal, or only in INT weapons.
2. Items not being in the game – Arcana boots, all things to make legendary arcana weapons. Life Crystal, Fire Crystal, Ice crystal etc.
The focus gems just don't work right, all it does is change it to nature but doesn't scale off of focus

How about fixing game chat issues (not on my end, I actually can't talk to ppl sometimes and NOT BEING ABLE TO ATTACK next.. or give me my gold back for offline sales.. but not being able to attack literally makes it unplayable. (Light or heavy attacks, rebinding left click doesn't work and left click works everywhere else)

ik you're willing to wait a couple days, but I'm sitting at level 56 right now and town boards were an enormous part of pumping my xp and picking up some resources here and there to finish out a big contract for an additional 3-7k xp. Gunna slow me down majorly, my goal of hitting 2 levels per night is out the window until this comes back up.
