Amazon’s MMORPG New World responds to the gold duplication glitch / Exploit. Some players were cheating by duping gold coins inflating the money in the new world market. So they just disabled all forms of trading (ie. sending currency, guild treasury, trading post, player to player trading). With this gold duplication bug going around and some other issues lead to this extreme action! They stated that they will be taking action against players who are using and abusing this bug so beware! Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon and things will begin to get somewhat back to normal!

Yes this game is bugged as hell, but im losing faith in this community, do some folks have nothing better to do in theire lives, than abuse broken mechanics in a video game… virigns
Good thing they limited the max gold each character could own. Else it would've absolutely smash the economy. How could you roll back when the gold already percolated into the economy through trading post, house, taxes, city upgrades, etc…it would take just a few hours for billions to seep through beyond repair…
I found a Void Ore 1 hour ago, I bet a roll back is gonna fuck me today.
The worst part is that everyone duped on their throwaway accounts probably, the ones they borrowed through steam. So it's not going to matter for anyone.

I'm embarrassed for Amazon. How do you have essentially infinite wealth, yet have so many problems with the game. A lot of it is very basic shit. Did they just hire all rookie devs with no experience?

I've still got maxed out gold and max stacks of most endgame ingots. They havent banned or caught a single person I know who has the same stuff… they never will 😛

Sethphir, For real man… No one has been banned for the other dupe, exploits or bug abuse, AGS, it will require A LOT of resouces to deal with and punish people that has abused it all.
They were not willing to use the resouces to release the game in a proper state, niether did they take TP/trading down before Video was posted by Josh Strife. 15 hours they ignored it as they hoped to find a fix so majority of people won´t "notice" yet another dupe method in game.
I stumbled across a crafting dupe, i reported it week 1, it´s still there. but it will prob be ignored til another video is made.
f*ck this game went downhill, SO F*CKING FAST.
At this point. Just wipe everything and start all over, I don't mind.
"before it's too late" – it's already too late. I'm done playing until they fix all of these issues AND bring out 'fresh start' servers.
