To get the feat, make all the squads without a star surrender. You will also get a Legendary artifact “Iblis Family Signet” that provides +120 HP and +5% evasion to the entire army.
To get the clear with no losses, you need around 6 cavalry squads who can force surrender and retreat (preferably with Silver Tongue).
Other than that, “Artillery squads” are highly effective because even if the enemy doesn’t surrender, the cannon blasts will make them all surrender in combat 🤣. They also rip apart the Zanatus mage squads.
